Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in Nigeria, Cameroon and Gabon

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Mr. Tomáš DUB visited from 1st to 5th July 2013 Federal Republic of Nigeria, Republic of Cameroon and Gabonese Republic.
On 1st July, Czech delegation visited Hon. Minister of State for Trade and Investment, Dr. Samuel Ortom. The meeting was attended as well by H.E. Mrs Catherine Okon, Nigerian Ambassador to Czech Republic and by representatives of Nigeria-Czech Trade and Investment Council. The next day took place 2nd round of political dialogue between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs. The first round took place in December 2010 in Prague where a Memorandum of Understanding on a regular dialogue between the Ministries was signed. The Nigerian delegation was led by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Amb. Martin Uhomoibhi. Czech Deputy Minister paid a courtesy call to the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Professor Viola Adaku Onwuliri earlier this day.
In Cameroon, during his short visit in Douala, Tomáš Dub paid visit to Chambre of Commerce and Czech Honorary Consulate in Douala. On 4th July in Yaoundé, Czech delegation met with the Minister of Commerce, Luc-Magloire Mbarga Atangana, with the Minster of Foreign Affairs, Pierre Moukoko Mbonio and with the Minister of State at the Ministry of Mines, Industry and Technological Development.
Tomáš Dub's visit to Gabon was a second visit in past 10 months. On 5th of July, he met with the Minister of National Defence, Pacôme-Rufin Ondzounga, with the representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including the Delegate Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dominique Nguieno and with the Prime Minister Raymond Ndong Sima. The Czech delegation visited the Military Hospital in Libreville where a Czech society Puro-Klima recently installed a new CT scanner.
