Important notice for visa applicants

Since 5.4.2010 applications for Schengen visas will be accepted only on new (black - to be printed from the pdf file below) application forms.

There is also a new version of the long term visa application, that can be downloaded from the web page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
