The visa application form can be printed directly or can be found in an electronic form on the website www.mfa.cz/visaform in various language versions. It can be either filled in directly in the computer and then printed or only printed and then filled in by hand.
Application for Schengen Visa
The applicant applies for a Schengen visa personally at the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Greece. Please note that the visa application form cannot be submitted electronically.
