Czech Embassy in Beijing is looking for candidates for cooperation.

Position: administrative staff/assistant/receptionist Requirements: Organizational abilities, absolutely fluent spoken and written English, Chinese citizen

Job characteristics:

The main task will be to assist the administration department of the Embassy with contacting local institutions, administrating diplomatic cargo, tax agenda, help in organising shopping of equipment for the Embassy, organizing bulk telephone questionnaires or invitations for events, conference services at social or cultural events at the Embassy, daily press monitoring etc. On temporarily or ad hoc basis, written translation of correspondence from Chinese to English and vice-versa may be required as well as ad hoc interpretation on working level. Working hours 42,5 hours per week. Need for over-time work may occur. In that case extra leave can be provided upon agreement. Three month probation.
