Diplomatic Charity Bazaar at the UNESCO Palace

The Czech Embassy participated in the Diplomatic Charity Bazaar at the UNESCO Palace

On March 25, 2012 the Embassy participated in the Diplomatic Charity Bazaar, organized by the Diplomatic Spouses Association in Lebanon. The event was opened by Madame Maya Mikati, wife of the Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati.
Several thousands visitors came to see the event and the organizing DSAL raised a total of US$15,435 for charity. These funds will be used to purchase hearing aids for children with hearing disabilities and school supplies for three schools in Southern Lebanon.
