Glassmakers in the Central Bohemia Region

Regional Chamber of Commerce of the Central Bohemia in cooperation with Central Bohemia Region European Office under the auspices of H. E. Mr. Jaroslav Kurfürst, Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Kingdom of Belgium, Mr. Miloš Petera, Governor of the Central Bohemia Region have the pleasure to welcome you to the exhibition Glassmakers in the Central Bohemia Region.
By introducing glass making companies representing the Central Bohemia Region we would like to draw attention to this traditional craft persisting in Bohemia since the 13th century. Czech glass is world recognized product and the interest in this traditional commodity is still rising. Central Bohemia companies which are presenting their crafts will offer a sample of their products. This includes cut lead crystal, handmade metallurgical stained glass, handmade figures, crystal mirrors and also high-quality glass which can be used in every household.
