Ambassador visits the city of Sibiu

On 25 - 26 September 2013, Ambassador Jiří Šitler visited the city of Sibiu, where he had talks with representatives of the Prefecture, the County Council and the City Hall and opened an exhibition on manuscripts from Czech libraries.

Meetings of the Ambassador were focused on further development of economic and cultural cooperation between the city and the county of Sibiu and the Czech Republic. In the Brukenthal National Museum he opened together with the prefect of Sibiu County Ovidiu-Ioan Sitterli and the Director General of the Museum Sabin Adrian Luca an exhibition entitled “Manuscripts in Czech Libraries”.
