Chargé d´Affaires delivers speech at conference on diplomacy
On 6 March 2014, Chargé d´Affaires a.i. Tomáš Vostrý took the floor in a conference on diplomacy and international affairs in the Romanian Parliament.
At the conference, which was organized by the Lauder-Reut Senior High School in Bucharest aimed at diplomacy and international affairs, there were participating some 150 students from 22 Romanian secondary schools as well as students from ORT School in Binyamina in Israel. Heads of Missions of Argentina, Austria, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and the Czech Republic introduced work of respective Embassies and main bilateral topics. At the event, which took place in the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of Romania, there were also Remus Pricopie, Minister of Education of Romania, and Bogdan Aurescu, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania participating.
On 4 March 2014, four students of the Lauder-Reut Senior High School spent one working day at the Czech Embassy in Bucharest to prepare themselves for the conference.
