Czech Republic participating at the RCC Annual Meeting in Bucharest

Director of the South and South-East Europe department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Ivan Jestřáb participated at the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) Annual Meeting in Bucharest on 19 June 2014.

The RCC was officially launched at the meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) in Sofia in 2008, as the successor of the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe. The RCC provides operational capacities to and works under the political guidance of the SEECP. The RCC functions as a local point for regional cooperation in South-Eastern Europe. In 2013-2014 Romania is the presiding country of the SEECP.
