First Deputy Interior Minister Lubomír Metnar attends Salzburg Forum in Bucharest

On 16 – 17 October 2013, a delegation of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, headed by Lubomír Metnar, First Deputy Minister for Internal Security, participated in the Ministerial Conference of the Salzburg Forum in Bucharest.

The conference, which took place in the National Museum of Art, was opened by Romania´s Minister of Internal Affairs Radu Stroe. Discussed were the issues related to internal security, including the combat of cyber-crime.  The Salzburg Forum (SF) was founded in July 2001. The SF member states are currently the Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania and Croatia.
