On October 16 – 27, 2019, the cinema AMC River East 21, 322 East Illinois Street, Chicago, IL 60611, will host the 55th Chicago International Film Festival. The Czech Republic is represented by two films: Forman vs. Forman directed by Jakub Hejna and Helena Třeštíková and the film The Painted Bird of director Václav Marhoul who will attend both screenings in Chicago.
Forman vs. Forman will be screened on October 19, 2019, at 11:30 am and on October 21, 2019, at 2:45 pm.
The Painted Bird will be presented on October 23, 2019, at 8:30 pm and on October 24, 2019, at 5:15 pm.
