Voter ID card issued by the Czech Consulate
If you are registered within the Election Specific Registry at our Consulate and you would like to vote outside the U.S., you can apply for a Voter ID card. The application can be written in Czech Language by hand freely or you can use our Application form (please see below).
Voter ID card may be requested by submitting a written application with an authenticated signature of the voter, delivered not later than 7 days before Election Day, or in person no later than 3 days before the first day of elections.
We are not allowed to issue the Voter ID card earlier than 15 days before the Election Day.
The consulate transmits the Voter ID card personally to the voter or to the person who submits a power of attorney with authenticated signature of the voter requesting a voter ID card, or we can send it to the voter's given address.
