(This article expired 25.01.2015.)

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has announced a call for nominations for Václav Havel Prize. Its winner, awarded during a ceremony on 29 September 2014, will receive a financial reward in the amount of 60 000 EUR (half of which is contributed by the Czech government) in addition to a memorial medal and diploma.
