The Jewish clientele observes many principles, traditions and rules of judaism. Before the opening of the hotel, a proper space for the synagogue had to be allocated – place where the believing Jews pray, study Torah and conduct the community meetings. The synagogue was arranged due to the traditional rules and ritually consecrated by Rabbi.
Some other hotel premises, first of all, kitchen and breakfast room had to be adapted for the special needs of preparing and serving of the kosher food. These rooms were also consecrated by personally by Rabbi. The aim of these adaptations was to enable to the orthodoxy customers to observe their dietary laws. Meat and milk (or derivatives) can not be mixed in the sense that meat and dairy products are not served at the same meal. These products shall be served and cooked in different utensils so the special cooking utensils had to be provided. The store rooms had to be adjusted for the purposes of separation as well. Foreign kosher food specialists are ready to create meals for Jewish customers, part of the ingredients will be imported from Vienna and Paris. All the table cloths must be white, without any printing.
By the enter to the breakfast room the strict law of ritual purity is to be observed, same as in other different situations.
