CzechInvest - Investment and Business Development Agency in cooperation with companies Kinstellar and KPMG associated in Association for Foreign Investment and Patria Corporate Finance organized the Investment Seminar supported by Consulate General of the Czech Republic in New York on Tuesday May 27, 2014 at the Bohemian National Hall, 321 E 73rd St, New York, NY 10021.
The Czech Republic is one of the most successful Central European countries in terms of attracting foreign direct investment. Over 173,000 Czech firms across all sectors are now supported by foreign capital. According to the Czech National Bank, a total amount of USD 108 billion worth of FDI has been recorded since 1993.
The main topic of this seminar was "Greenfield versus Merger and Acquisition – Build or Buy Decision" offered to foreign investors. This event has been held on Tuesday May 27th, 2014 from 6pm at the beautiful setting of the Bohemian National Hall.
