A visa application is submitted on an official form “Application for Schengen Visa”. These forms are provided by diplomatic missions or may be printed from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website. Diplomatic missions also accept application forms used in another Schengen state, provided that they comply with the relevant standards. Forms may be printed from the website also in black and white.

Form issued by another Schengen state may be used as well. Application form must be filled out completely, legibly, in Latin capital letters or typed.

An incomplete or illegible application form will be returned to the applicant.
