Visa Requirements briefly:

1.   Complete application form

2.   Visa Fee

3.   One photograph (passport size photo)

4.   Original passport and 1 copy of the data page

5.   Proof of legal status in US (valid visa, green card, I-20, etc.) +copy

6.    Proof of sufficient funds (3 last bank statements, credit card, official invitation letter) + copy

7.   Itinerary - accommodation and flight ticket reservation + copy

8.   Proof of travel/health insurance – letter/brochure from your health insurance company (with name and the dates) stating that you will be covered for atleast USD 45000,- during your stay (validity) in the Schengen area for Medical, Hospitalization, Repatriation and Evacuation expenses (these words should be clearly indicated) + copy
