Screening of short films “Made in FAMU” and “Bába” at the Embassy

On Thursday 15 April 2010 the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Copenhagen arranged the traditional Czech film screening.
Three short films were shown as the project Made in FAMU, the goal of which was to introduce the nowadays film production of the students of the Prague Film Academy (FAMU). The successful short film Bába by Zuzana Špidlová that was awarded the Cinéfondation Grand Prize at the International Film Festival in Cannes in 2009, was shown, too.
The chosen films from Made in FAMU: Radio Kebrle, the graduation project by Zdeněk Durdil, A Scrap, an amusing reportage by Klára Tasovská, and a sci-fi by Martin Duda nominated for a student Oscar – I am bigger and better.
Approximately 30 guests attended the screening.
