Please be informed that all visa applicants must register themselves at the Consular Section prior to handing in their visa application. All visa applicants register themselves by phone only (phone number: (011) 333 62 59), during the office hours from 10:00 am till 12:00 am on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Unregistred applicants cannot be admitted.

Following completion of a visa granting procedure, applicants can pick up their passports during respective office hours from 13:00 till 14:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Please be informed that all applicants older than 11 years are requested to provide their fingerprints while handing in their visa application.
