There are currently five bilateral agreements pertaining to Czech-Irish relations:
Agreement between Czechoslovakia and Ireland on flight services between the two territories (29.1.1947).
Agreement between the government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and the Irish government on the abolition of visas as agreed through official letters between the two countries (12.4.1991).
Contract between the Czech and Irish governments on the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion in the area of income and property tax (21. 4. 1996).
Agreement between the Czech and Irish governments on international road haulage (13. 4.1996).
Agreement between the Czech Republic and Ireland on the promotion and mutual protection of investment (1.8.1997).
