20th International Symposium on Separation Sciences
30.01.2014 / 16:40
The jubilee 20th International Symposium on Separation Sciences will cover recent advances in the theory, instrumentation and methodology of all types of separation techniques, including new types of stationary phases, particulate, monolithic and miniaturized capillary and chip-based fluidic separation media, hyphenated and multi-dimensional separations, method development including chemometric approaches, quality assessment, sample preparation, with emphasis on novel application methods, especially in food, biomedical and environmental analysis.
The scientific programme will include plenary and keynote lectures and poster sessions. The quality of the programme is an imperative for the success of the symposium. The following eminent scientists have so far agreed to present lectures on the latest achievements in separation techniques at the 20th ISSS in Prague: D. Berek, T. Bolanča, B. Buszewski, V. Coman, D. Corradini, F. Foret, M. Gertsiuk, M. Holčapek, V. Kašička, I. Klebovich, J. Lehotay, W. Lindner, L. Mondello, M. Novotný, P. Sandra, P. Schoenmakers, F. Švec, I. Vovk.
The goal of the 20th ISSS symposium will be advancing the knowledge of separation sciences and promoting exchange of new ideas on the academic and the industry level, providing new forum for collaboration and networking. During the symposium, you will have opportunities to exchange valuable practical experience and to find solutions for your particular analytical problems. The future of separation sciences depends on young scientists, who will be offered registration at special reduced fee to facilitate the participation at the symposium. During the symposium, the best poster competition will be organized.
