Bilateral relations between the Czech Republic and the Bahamas

Diplomatic relations between the Czech Republic and the Commonwealth of the Bahamas were established in 2005. The Czech Republic does not have an Embassy in the Bahamas, therefore it is the Czech Embassy in Cuba that is accredited also for the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. For more information see here...

On 14th January 2008 the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Cuba Vít Korselt presented his Letters of Credence to His Excellency The Honourable Arthur D. Hanna, the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas and became the first Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
