Czech School Without Borders

(This article expired 24.03.2023.)

Czech School Without Borders organizes  summer camps for children in the Czech Republic. These camps are a unique opportunity for children (aged from 6 to 15 years) of the Czech origin living abroad to improve their knowledge of the Czech language, to make new friends (who come from different parts of the world and speak Czech!), to learn new games, art techniques, songs, poems, fairy-tales and everything that belongs to a summer camp.

Detailed information (how to apply, prices, what to take with, previous camps) can be found on websites of the Czech School without Borders

The camp program aims at:

·         Improving Czech language in a natural way though games (a game for the whole camp)

·         Language improving activities which are adapted especially for children living abroad

·         Professional pedagogical activity based on methods designed for this group of children

Czech Schools Without Borders teach the Czech language and facts about the Czech country to children aged from 18 months to 15 years as additional education to what the children of the Czech origin learn at schools abroad. Czech School Without Borders was founded in Paris in 2003. Since that time its teaching model has spread successfully into 8 European countries. Czech Schools Without Borders thus create an international school net which is working besides Paris also in London, Berlin, Zurich, Munich, Brussels, Geneva and Dresden. There is also cooperation with other educational centers all over the world. More information about CSWB activities to be found on www.csbh.cz
