Tomáš Sedláček: Economy of Good and Evil

Tomáš Sedláček, a young Czech economist, chief strategist of the CSOB and member of the National Economic Council of the Goverment visited Finland on May 6th through 8th, 2012. Accompanied by the Czech actor, Lukáš Hejlik, they presented on the scene the book Economy of Good and Evil by Sedláček. He also debated with the students in Tampere and Helsinki and was received by major Finnish universities´ management.

In the third largest city, Sedláček shared his views with the students on the global economy´s development and the recent economic crisis. Sedláček gave his arguments in a nontraditional though comprehensive manner and they were positively responded by the students.Tomáš has a very positive relationship with Finland and greeted app. 180 students, enterpreneurs and others in Finnish.

In the evening, Sedláček and Hejlík performed in the Telakka theatre and enjoyed the following debate.

On May 8th, T. Sedláček and L. Hejlík were hosted by Aalto University. They presented a shorter version of the performance and the Czech economist tried to reveal the links between the mankind´s history, biblical stories and the present. The event was attended by app. 90 listeners.
