The world grieves for former Czechoslovak and Czech president Václav Havel

The Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Hong Kong regrets to inform with deep sorrow of the death of former president of Czechoslovakia (1989-1992) and the Czech Republic (1993-2003), His Excellency Mr. Václav Havel, who passed away on December 18, 2011.

The Book of Condolence will be opened at the Consulate General of the Czech Republic on Monday, December 19th, 2011 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, on Tuesday, December 20th, 2011 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, on Wednesday, December 21st, 2011 from 10:00 am to 12:00 am and from 2 pm to 4 pm and on Thursday December 22nd, 2011 from 10:00 am to 12:00 am and from 2 pm to 4 pm.
