Secretary General Plíšek to open the Czech MFA´s seminar in Moldova

On 27 May, 2013, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Jaromír Plíšek, will open a seminar on Public Administration Reform at the Local and Regional Level in Chisinau, Moldova.
The seminar will be held from 27-31 May, 2013. It is organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic together with the European External Action Service and the European Commission.
Together with Mr Plíšek the seminar will be opened by Mrs Natalia Gherman, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Republic of Moldova, and Dirk Schuebel, Ambassador, Head of the EU Delegation to Moldova.
This event represents one of the Czech Republic´s contributions to the Eastern Partnership policies, It is a part of a long term effort to share experience in the field of administration reform at the local and regional level between the EU and the six Eastern Partnership Countries.
27 experts from all six EaP countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) will take part in the seminar. They represent all levels of administration, as well as the academics and local NGOs. The pool of speakers will comprise representatives of EU Member States and the EU institutions including the CORLEAP and Civil Society Forum.
