Eastern Partnership Seminar on Cyber Security, Data Protection and Freedom on the Internet

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic is to host a seminar on cyber security, data protection and freedom on the internet on 14-16 May, 2014. Experts from six Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine) will participate.
The seminar will focus on sharing experience of the Czech and Swedish governmental and non-governmental institutions, and their colleagues from the EaP countries. Representatives of governmental institutions and law enforcing agencies, non-governmental organisations, bloggers and journalists from the EaP countries will participate. The seminar is to enlarge the scope of transition and expert cooperation with the Eastern Partners which is among the main priorities of Czech foreign policy.
The organizers are Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and Sweden, in cooperation with the European Commission and the European External Action Service.
