You are required to submit your visa application in person. Upon submitting your visa application, an interview will take place and you may be asked to explain the reasons why you apply.

In certain justified exceptional cases, the requirement for personal presence may be waived.

Personal appearance is waived for persons below 15 years of age, however, the legal guardian lodging such application must appear in person.
