Invitation to visit the Czech Republic authorized by the Alien Police is a formal document whereby the inviting person undertakes to cover all or partial costs associated with a stay of an alien in the Czech Republic. Based on the extent of the undertaking, the formal invitation replaces all or some otherwise required supporting documents. The invitation form is submitted in its original by the visa applicant. Further, the alien submits a travel document photograph and travel medical insurance.
