Minister Kohout met Foreign Minister of Austria Michael Spindelegger

(AUDIO) Minister for European and International Affairs of Austria Michael Spindelegger visited the Czech Republic on April 27, 2010. Minister Spindelegger met Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Jan Kohout.
Both ministers discussed a possibility of supporting Czech candidature for the Galileo Supervisory Authority seat, current sutuation in Western Balkan and supported the EU enlargement and the Eastern Partnership. Jan Kohout and Michael Spindelegger asserted their interest in a development of a regional cooperation in the Central Europe with an ephasis on deepening of relations among countries in the region. Both ministers discussed issues of the Danube Strategy, the Visegrád Cooperation and the Regional Partnership.
Issues of the European External Action Service and possible sanctions of the UN Security Council against Iran were discussed too.
