Minister Schwarzenberg met students from Bosnia and Herzegovina

Fisrt Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Karel Schwarzenberg met students from Bosnia and Herzegovina on their first symbolic journey to Schengen countries after abolishing visa requirements at the Czernin Palace on December 20, 2010.

At the meeting minister Schwarzenberg expressed his support to European and Transatlantic integration efforts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

A student nongovernmental organization from Bosnia and Herzegovina organized a journey of 136 students titled "Good morning, Europe" on the occassion of abolishing of visa requierements for citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The students are going to visit Vienna, Prague and Berlin on their European journey. The students visit advent Prague, Strahov Monastery Library and Prague Castle among others in Prague.

The visa liberalization came into operation on December 15, 2010, having been supported by the Czech Republic.
