Excellency,

I was deeply shocked by the recent brutal acts of terror in Oslo and on the island of Utøya that took  so many innocent lives and caused numerous injuries.  

In this difficult moment for your country, let me express personally, as well on behalf of all the Czech people, our deepest condolences and sympathy to the families and friends of all those who were killed and to the persons who suffered during these terrible crimes and also to the Labour Party whose young members were attacked during their gathering.
