Consultations focused on bilateral cooperation and European and international affairs. Both sides appreciated the level of bilateral cooperation in the political and economic sphere. They stated that the state visit of President Medvedev contributed to the intensification of bilateral relations. Views were exchanged on the EU-Russia relations, relations between NATO and Russia, situation in the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Western Balkans.
