Minister Kohout offers condolences after the death of Ariel Sharon

Minister of Foreign Affairs Jan Kohout sent his condolences to the Israeli Foreign Minister after the death of Mr. Ariel Sharon, former Prime Minister of the State of Israel. Mr Sharon died today, aged 85, in the hospital in Tel Aviv.

Ariel Sharon was the Israeli Prime Minister from 2001 to 2006. In January 2006, he suffered a stroke which left him in a coma.
