The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic welcomes the development and the result of the consultative referendum, in which the Spanish public expressed itself in a clearly positive way on the Constitution for Europe Treaty. The Spanish citizens confirmed their support for the active European policy of Spain and demonstrated their will to have the new fundamental EU treaty officially agreed by the Spanish Parliament.
