The Ministry of Foreign Affairs considers the treaty to be an essential cornerstone of European stability. Russian´s suspension may contribute to failure of stability and security in Europe.

Russia confirms losing interest in cooperative approach to solution of international issues by this step. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs would welcome return of Russia to a negotiation table.
