Very impressive performance of Czech musicians R. Patočka and A. Skoumal in Kuwait

On 2 May 2012 in Al-Maidan Cultural Centre in Kuwait performed two talented Czech musitians - Roman Patočka (violin) and Adam Skoumal (piano) in a thrilling music program. Apart form a stirring playing technique and a masterful interpretation of Mozart, Dvořák, Massenet and Pablo de Sarasante the audience witnessed also a world premiere of the Adam Skoumal’s composition, dedicated to H.E. Sheikha Hussah Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah
This year the Al-Maidan Cultural Centre in Kuwait whitnessed an exceptional performance and a thrilling music program of two talented Czech musitians - Roman Patočka (violin) and Adam Skoumal (piano). Besides the stirring playing technique and a masterful interpretation of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Sonata for violin and piano in E moll, KV 304), Antonín Dvořák (Sonatina in G dur for violin and piano, Op. 100), Jules Massenet (Thaїs Meditation) and Pablo de Sarasante (Carmen Fantasy, Op. 25), the audience witnessed also a surprising world premiere of the Adam Skoumal's composition: Shalik for violin and piano, which the author proudly dedicated to Her Excellency Sheikha Hussah Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Director General of Dar Al-Athar Al-Islamiyyah. Both interprets made during their concert a fantastic atmosphere and were rewarded by a long standing ovation.
