Templeton Prize for Tomáš Halík

Professor Tomáš Halík, Czech priest, philosopher, psychologist and theologian, was awarded prestigious Templeton Prize at the British Academy in London on March 13.
The Prize, which will be formally awarded in London in May, annually honours a living person who has made an exceptional contribution to affirming life’s spiritual dimension, whether through insight, discovery, or practical works. Tomáš Halík joined the group of distinguished laureates from previous years, among them Mother Theresa and Dalai Lama.
