Lunch briefing on Investment Climate in the Czech Republic

A lunch briefing on Investment Climate in the Czech Republic was held at the Czech Embassy on November 29 in the presence of Ambassador Michael Zantovsky. It was organised by Czech Invest London and the Embassy. The briefing focused on the Investment Incentives Act, recently amended to increase global competitiveness of the CR, and two services offered by the Czech government, CzechLink and Sourcing, which were designed to bring maximum benefit and simplify the process for companies considering investing in the country.
The debate proved that there is a plenty of scope for British companies to use the Czech Republic as a springboard to the rest of the emerging Europe and to the higher cost Central European markets such as Germany and Austria.
