How to make an appointment for a Schengen visa

If you wish to apply for a Schengen visa, you need to book an appointment in advance.

Appointments until the end of October 2014

For appointments until the end of October 2014 you should make booking by a telephone appointment booking system. It is a 24-hour, fully automated service operated in conjuction with Cablecom Productions available on 09065 540 727. (Calls cost 1,02 GBP per minute from BT landlines only. Other network costs may vary.)

Please note that all persons wishing to apply for Schengen visas must make an appointment in advance (except the family members of the EU/EEA nationals).

This is the only way to get a visa appointment until the end of October 2014 for submitting the short-term visa application. Applicant without appointment will not be admitted to the Visa Section. If you have any possible problems with your appointment booking, Cablecom Productions can be contacted by sending an email to admin@cablecom.com.

Appointments starting 1 November 2014

In order to simplify the visa application procedure, the Embassy is introducing the VISAPOINT appointment booking system for short stay Schengen visas. Applicants can begin using VISAPOINT from 1 October 2014 for appointments starting 1 November 2014.

Book your appointment at: https://visapoint.eu/

In order to register it is necessary to have access to an e-mail address where confirmation of registration (Tracking Number) can be sent. Please Note: If you do not confirm your registration within 60 minutes of receiving the confirmation email then that date/time slot will be given to another applicant and you will have to re-apply for a new date/time slot. Registration can be done by the applicant himself/herself, by the inviting party or by any other person. Registration is free of charge. Submitting a registration does not mean that the visa will be issued.

To cancel your reservation at any time please send an e-mail to visa.london@embassy.mzv.cz with your request and mentioning your tracking number, your name and the passport number.
