Pursuant to an EU Council decision of 1 June 2006, visa fees for nationals of the following countries, except for cases where the general fee exemptions above apply, will be 48,- USD:

- Albania
- Bosnia Heregovina
- Macedonia
- Moldavia
- Montenegro
- Russian Federation
- Serbia
- Ukraine

* Please enclose a pre-paid, self-addressed, over-night envelope using mail services such as Express Mail, Fedex, UPS or DHL (for future tracking, we suggest keeping the registration number of the envelope) if you want us to mail your passport back.
