Seven Czech Univesities in EHEF 2014

Seven (7) Czech Universities are participating in this year’s European Higher Education Fair on Saturday, November 15, 2014, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Hotel Intercontinental Makati. Filipino students interested to study in the Czech Republic can personally meet with the representatives of these universities and get first hand information.

Having the theme “Expanding Horizons” this year, the fair will focus on promoting post graduate degrees such as Master’s and Doctoral studies.
The participating institutions are as follows:
- Charles University - Prague
- Tomas Bata University – Zlin
- Masaryk University – Brno
- Mendel University – Brno
- University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences – Brno
- Dr. Středa College
- Jan Amos Komensky University - Prague
Information sessions will take place, focusing on education in the European Union member states highlighting specific country systems and requirements. There will also be language sessions by the different member institutes – The Czech Republic of course, will be partaking in a short discussion about the Czech language.
The Fair is being sponsored by the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines together with the EU Member States' Embassies and Cultural Institutes in collaboration with the Commission on Higher Education.
