At least 40 Universities from participating EU Member states will be showcasing the respective institutions where Filipinos could pursue their Undergraduate, Masters and PhD degrees. There will be information sessions as well during the fair, focusing on each country and each institution’s specific systems and requirements. Two Universities from the Czech Republic were taking part last year and they already admitted first students from the Philippines.

EHEF Philippines 2014, in accordance with its theme, would like to expand the scope of the event and include research and PhD opportunities as well for interested Filipinos. Especially with the upcoming ASEAN integration in 2015, investing on higher education in a European institution would seem strongly beneficial.

The Fair is being sponsored by the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines together with the EU Member States' Embassies and Cultural Institutes in collaboration with the Commission on Higher Education.
