HOW TO SET AN APPOINTMENT?

Sent an e-mail to the Visa Section manila@embassy.mzv.cz including following details:

• Subject : “ Visa Appointment”

• Type of visa or residency permit requested (Schengen visa, Employee Card, Long Term Visa, Long Term Residence)

• Name(s) of the applicant(s)

• Date of departure

• Preferred date(s) of appointment (for Schengen visa it cannot be earlier than 3 months  and  later than 15 days before the departure)

• Phone contact

  Your appointment is valid only once confirmed by the Visa Section. Your request will be accommodated depending on availability of slots and the actual capacity of the visa section. Your indicated preference serves for information only and gives no guarantee with regards to the requested date.
