To follow-up on the status of your visa application:

For short-term (Type C) visa applications, please contact the Visa Section through (+632) 811 11 55 – 56 at these times:  

Monday through Thursday 2:00pm – 4:00pm

Friday 9:00am – 12:00nn

A follow-up can be made five (5) working days after the application date.

To claim your passport:

Once a follow-up has been made and the passport was confirmed for pick-up, the applicant may claim his/her passport personally or by his/her authorized representative. The representative must have with him/her an authorization letter signed by the passport holder and duty notarized.

Passports may be picked up at these times:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00 nn to 1:00 pm unless otherwise indicated.

If necessary, a different schedule may be arranged. Please contact the Embassy through (+632) 811 11 55 - 56 to get prior confirmation.
