The guests at the ceremony included, among others, Vice Prime Minister of Georgia Mr. Giorgi Baramidze, his deputy Ms. Helen Khoshtaria, Deputy Minister of Defense Mr. Andro Barnovi, Head of NATO Liaison Office in Tbilisi Mr. William Lahue, and Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Georgia H.E. Mr. Ivan Jestrab. The Czech Republic has financed the refurbishment of the Rehabilitation Unit at the Gori Military hospital.
