Czech Republic signed a MoU on cyber security cooperation with NATO

Czech Republic signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cyber security cooperation with NATO on March 14, 2012.
The Czech Republic was represented by the Director of the National Security Authority, Ing. Dušan Navrátil. NSA is the responsible governmental body for building an effective cyber defense legislation and infrastructure in the Czech Republic. NATO was represented by H.E. Mr. Gabor Iklody, Assistant Secretary General for emerging Security Challenges. The Czech Republic become 18th signatory of the MoU. Signing the MoU will enable better participation in NATO´s activities as well as effective coordination of national and Alliance’s bodies in case of a major cyber incident.
