Scholarships for Czech language courses at Summer School of Slavonic Studies 2014

The Embassy of the Czech Republic has the honor to announce that the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport offers two scholarships for participation in the Czech language courses of Summer School of Slavonic Studies at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University, Institute of Czech Studies, in Prague in 2014.
Each scholarship consists of free board and lodging, coverage of course fees and free access to cultural events which are part of the course programme.
Scholarships can only be awarded to applicants who are nominated by the competent authorities (usually government agencies). Duly filled in applications must reach the Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi by 28 February 2014. Applications sent directly to the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport by individual applicants will not be processed. Scholarships for Indian nationals apply only for the Czech language summer school organized by the Charles University in Prague.
Summer School courses are open also to foreign nationals who do not hold or cannot apply for the aforementioned scholarships and wish to bear the related expenses themselves. Applications are to be filed directly with the selected faculty/institute in this case.
