Opening hours for the public at the consular and visa section are Monday - Friday from 9.00 am to noon.

Consular jurisdiction of the Embassy: British Columbia, New Brunswick, New Foundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario (only these areas: Prescott a Russell, Stormont, Dundas a Glengarry, Ottawa-Carleton, Leeds a Grenville, Lanark, Renfrew, Nipissing, Lennox a Addington, Frontenac), Prince Edward Island, Québec, Yukon).
