Due to technical reasons and limited time, all interested clients must make an appointment with us either via email (ottacons@gmail.com) or phone (1-613-562-3875, ext. 27, Mrs. Miloslava Minnes). When making an appointment, please provide the following: (1) First and last name, (2) contact information (phone number and/or e-mail address), (3) the nature of required consular assistance, and (4) the number of people who may accompany you. As space is limited, all clients are advised to make an appointment as soon as possible. Those without a prior appointment will be attended time permitting.

Please bring with you a piece of identification as well as one photocopy of it (for example: passport, permanent resident card, driver’s licence; birth certificates or credit cards are not considered a piece of identification). As there will not be a photocopying machine available, please make one extra copy of all documents you are to submit.
